As of 9:28 PM last night, a nationwide issue has been affecting DrayTek routers, resulting in intermittent internet connections.
This full issue appears to stem from a Draytek router vulnerabilities.
This incident has impacted several broadband ISPs across the United Kingdom, as well as potentially other countries.

Recommendations for DrayTek Router Issues
Draytek firmware update issues: We strongly encourage all customers using DrayTek routers to update to the latest firmware version as soon as possible.DrayTek: Upgrade and disable SSL VPN
Draytek provided guidance on Monday addressing the router reboot issues.
If remote access is enabled, disable it unless absolutely necessary. Use an access control list (ACL) and enable 2FA if possible. For unpatched routers, disable both remote access (admin) and SSL VPN. Note: ACL doesn’t apply to SSL VPN (Port 443), so temporarily disable SSL VPN until upgraded.
