Speedster IT is an official Google Workspace partner and Google Workspace reseller in the UK. We supply your licences, then set up, secure, migrate and support Gmail, Drive, Meet and the rest of Google Workspace, with support from £25 per user per month.
Speedster IT provides Google Workspace support for London businesses as an official Google Workspace partner. We supply and manage your Workspace licences, set up and run the admin console, secure your accounts and data, migrate you to or from Microsoft 365, and support your users through our business-hours helpdesk. Support starts from £25 per user per month, with Google Workspace licences billed separately.
Many IT providers in London only really know Microsoft 365. If your business runs on Google Workspace, you need a partner who works in the Google admin console every day, not one who treats it as an afterthought.
Buying licences from one company, getting support from another and handling security yourself leaves gaps. As a Google Workspace partner and managed IT provider, we look after the licences, the configuration and the people using it, so there is one team to call.
Our Google Workspace services cover the full life of your account, from the first setup to day-to-day support.
New Workspace accounts, domain verification, email routing, users, groups, shared drives and calendars, set up properly from day one.
We supply Google Workspace licences as a partner, help you pick the right plan, and adjust licences as people join and leave.
We manage the Google admin console for you: user accounts, permissions, sharing settings, mobile devices and policies.
Helpdesk support for Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet, Calendar and Chat, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, with 24/7 cover available as an add-on.
Moves from Microsoft 365, Exchange or other email systems into Google Workspace, and from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365.
2-Step Verification and passkeys, Gmail protection, sharing controls, data loss prevention and alerting, configured for your business.
Google Workspace is priced per user per month, and the price depends on the edition you choose. You can pay on a flexible monthly plan, which lets you add and remove users at any time, or on an annual plan, which commits you for the year.
As a Google Workspace reseller in the UK, we quote you the current Google Workspace price for your edition and number of users, alongside our support plan, so you can see the full monthly cost before you sign. Google changes its prices from time to time, so we always quote from the current price list.
We don't claim to be the cheapest Google Workspace reseller. Rather than competing on the licence price alone, we focus on what comes with it: a secure setup, a proper migration, backup and a UK helpdesk your team can actually call. That is usually where the real cost of Google Workspace sits.
Google sometimes runs promotional offers for new customers. Ask us and we will check whether any current Google offer applies to your business before you buy.
Yes. Google offers a 14-day free trial for up to 10 users. You add a payment method when you sign up, but you are not charged until the trial ends. We can help you set up a trial so your domain, email routing and security are right from the start, and it moves straight into a paid subscription if you decide to stay.
We move email, calendars, contacts and files between platforms, planned so your team keeps working during the move.
Mailboxes, OneDrive and SharePoint files moved into Gmail and Google Drive, with users, groups and calendars recreated.
Gmail, Drive and shared drives moved into Exchange Online, OneDrive and SharePoint, for businesses consolidating on Microsoft.
Moves from hosted email, IMAP mailboxes and older on-premises email servers into Google Workspace.
Moving from Outlook to Google Workspace? We move your email, contacts and calendars across for you. How we do it depends on where your email is stored now:
Some people prefer to keep using Outlook after the move. That is possible on Windows PCs, with a few limitations, and we will explain these before you decide.
Some businesses move the other way. A Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migration moves Gmail into Exchange Online and Google Drive into OneDrive and SharePoint, and we recreate users, groups and permissions on the Microsoft side.
It depends on the number of users, how much email and file data you have, and how many shared drives and permissions need recreating. We plan the timeline with you after a review, and give you a written quote before any work starts.
A well-planned migration should not lose email. We plan the cut-over so mail keeps flowing, move historic email in the background, and check each mailbox before switching off the old system.
Google Workspace is secure by design, but most of the important protections need switching on and configuring. These are the areas we work on first:
Yes. Google Workspace is in scope for Cyber Essentials as a cloud service, and multi-factor authentication must be switched on for every user. We configure Workspace to help you meet the Cyber Essentials requirements, and as a Cyber Essentials Plus certified business we can help you through certification.
Google keeps its service running, but you are responsible for your own data. If a user deletes files, a leaver's account is removed, or ransomware encrypts synced files, the built-in recovery options are limited and time-bound.
For UK businesses, we set up third-party backup for Gmail, Google Drive and shared drives, so you can restore individual emails, files or whole accounts. Read more in The Risks of Relying Solely on Google Drive for Business Backup.
Google's Business plans (Starter, Standard and Plus) are for organisations of up to 300 users. Enterprise plans cover larger organisations and add more advanced security, compliance and data region controls. The main differences are:
Google changes plan features and pricing from time to time, so we check the current options against what your business needs before recommending one.
Yes. We help you turn on and govern Gemini in Gmail, Docs, Sheets and Meet, including who can use it and what data it can reach. The Gemini features available depend on your Workspace plan.
If you are procuring Google Workspace licences or support, buyers usually ask for the same evidence. We can provide:
Email hello@speedster-it.com with your tender documents and we will come back to you.
We supply licences and support them, so there is one team responsible for your Workspace.
